The state thingy (politics makes my head hurt, you'll just have to deal with 'thingy') that suggested that donors could choose recipients got an awful lot of airplay. I admit to listening to primarily sane news stations, but nobody I found was supporting the idea. Some could understand the reasoning (flimsy and misguided as it was) but didn't support it becoming law. <BR/><BR/>While I can see valid points on both sides of the debate, what is good for the goose is good for the gander, even if the aforementioned gander is shacked up with a funny, good looking gander from college.
